We merged the messybrainz repository into listenbrainz because LB is the only site that is using MeB's functionality.

This means that we have some additional files in the LB repository that are not needed, and we should work out what to do with them and the messybrainz.org domain:

• We still deploy a container messybrainz-web that hosts messybrainz.org, this was last updated at least 2 years ago, and contains the home page and some API code
• If the http API isn't used, we should remove it
• Decide if we want to continue hosting an entire application server for the static messybrainz.org, or just host it on nginx
• Modify the contents of the docker/messybrainz folder as required in the LB repository to handle static files if needed.
