https://github.com/metabrainz/listenbrainz-server/pull/1247 fixes an issue: playlist owners (creators) can also be listed as collaborators on their own playlists, which 1. makes little sense and 2. Makes the playlist appear twice in the user's playlist and collaborative playlists.

The goal of this task is to create an SQL cleanup script to find all playlists whose owner is also amongst the collaborators, and remove them from collaborators.
