Improving Last.fm import time

      A user mentioned in community that the user.getRecentTracks we use to fetch scrobbles from Last.fm could benefit from a higher limit value. This is probably a good idea but we also need to make sure that the Last.fm importer works well with ListenBrainz API rate limits.

          I think with the complete rewrite of the LastFM importer feature this is now less of an issue, and I think we should keep the limit to 200 as the maximum that is  documented in LFM documentation, just in case.

          The LastFM importer has been rewritten from the ground up as an automatic server task.

          However we still use the limit of 200 as documented in their API docs

          We might still want to revisit this
