      See MBH-444. I couldn't get libcoverart to access https://coverartarchive.org correctly. Changing all the HTTP references to HTTPS worked, but the examples then fail with

      Exception: 'Fetch error: Server certificate verification failed: issuer is not trusted'

      because it doesn't call `ne_ssl_trust_default_ca`.
