suppress device name output of libdiscid on Windows

      Libdiscid has this in disc_win32_new.c

      printf("%s\n", device);
      printf("%s\n", filename);

      This leads to things like

      D:
      \\.\D:

      in the output of everything that uses libdiscid to generate the discId.
      Not a big deal for GUIs, but annoying for console tools.
