The windows platform code is split into two files. disc_win32.c and disc_win32_new.c. The latter one includes most new code, including code that works on the Windows NT branch. The old file includes Code that works on Windows 9x, which should get removed.

This transition is mostly done in https://github.com/metabrainz/libdiscid/commit/27888a1eb27740c08b66ab8b430876fa0c9ea890, but that includes changes in the data_tracks branch, adding toc.c.
I would like to keep the data track changes in a separate branch for testing and completion (The branch shouldn't get merged as-is).
