Remove Discogs Work-URL relationships

      After almost 2 years no signs of it coming back: https://www.discogs.com/track
      Let's get rid of them:

      There are still ca 1,200 left. Good task for a bot.

      With a list or report (mark as deprecated?) Editors may do this by hand more easily.

          According to stats there is still one relationship left but deprecated URLs report doesn't list anything.
