A spam technique was to create an account with a malicious URL in username and a victim email so that the victim would receive a verification email with the malicious URL inside it.

Since the patch for MBS-12827 has been deployed, this is no longer possible to create new accounts, but new verification emails can still be requested for the current spam accounts.

This task is to remove all accounts that contains invalid characters or sequences according to the above-mentioned patch.
