Because we run fullexport on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the following checks tend to fire twice a week:

• rsync-master.musicbrainz.org/replication-packets is WARNING
• hefty/replication is WARNING

Those checks should be modified to be more lenient at these times, such that under normal conditions the checks do not fire.
