Prioritise website ("interactive") connections over others

      Given the website is where we actually get the data from and that its usage is orders of magnitude smaller than the WS, we should probably prioritise connections to the site itself during times where we're struggling to meet the demand. Apparently Wikipedia already does this, for example.
