As non-music MetaBrainz projects pop up, we might want to "move" chatlog hosting to e.g. chatlogs.metabrainz.org instead. This wouldn't really require any physical relocation of data, just some DNS tweaks and possibly setting up some 301'ing from chatlogs.musicbrainz.org.

This would also go well with the ideas currently floating around of consolidating some non-project specific data (e.g., possibly moving user accounts) under MeB.org.
