Due to bugs in upgrade scripts and to experiments done on the live DB, the state of the latter is different from what the MBS codebase specifies in a somewhat unpredictable way.

We should systematically compare the state the production database is in (regarding indexes, constraints, triggers, functions) to how it is supposed to be according to the setup scripts, and fix any discrepancies.
