Upgrade Python to latest versions

      We started having issues with SNI, which is not supported in old version of Python 2, which we currently use on our servers. I think it is a good opportunity to upgrade both Python 2 and 3 to latest releases, which shouldn't have these issues. Upgrading them on sakura would be a good start.
