Jira is really a MetaBrainz thing by now, used to track AcousticBrainz, ListenBrainz, Cover Art Archive, BookBrainz, ... things. It should really be moved to be a subdomain under metabrainz.org instead of musicbrainz.org. Or perhaps it should live under the brainz.io?

HTTP redirects should be reinstated regardless of what domain it is moved to.
