https://github.com/metabrainz/docker-server-configs/blob/master/scripts/constants.sh is defining a list of ports for services, but not all services are using it atm.

https://github.com/metabrainz/syswiki/blob/master/DockerServices.md is permanently outdated, so expand the use of PORT_LIST so it can serve as documentation (and prevent conflicts).
