In order to do backups, we need a host with a lot of diskspace, and (possibly free) bandwidth.
A 2x4Tb RAID1 would be ideal (but we can do with less, 2Tb being the min, if we need to cut costs).
Bandwidth ~= volume to backup each day, estimated to 300Mb per day (it depends on what we include, but basically it is based LB + MB + influx + various stuff current sizes).
The host has to be outside hetzner, google, or any current service provider for maximum safety.
It is planned to use Borg: https://borgbackup.readthedocs.io/en/stable/index.html
Postgresql dumps will be stored on it.
Barman (https://www.2ndquadrant.com/fr/ressources/barman/) requires very low latency, so not sure if it can work with "external" host.
