The release editor was recently changed not to have "Change all matching ACs" enabled by default.

This seems fine to me, but the change modifying that also made it get disabled every time, so for every artist I want to change all matching ACs for I need to select this checkbox. We should make it so it's disabled at first, but once it's enabled, it remains enabled until it's disabled again inside that specific release editor session.
