Update iTunes URL cleanup

      As previously reported on MBS-9542, the new iTunes URL syntax doesn't have "id" in the ID. I think the URL cleanup should reflect Apple's new canonical links.
      This only applies to artists, albums, and music videos. Audiobooks, movies, series, and authors still include the "id", and playlists still use the "pl." prefix.

      UPDATE: With Apple giving more weight to Apple Music, URLs have switched from itunes.apple.com to music.apple.com, books.apple.com, apps.apple.com, podcasts.apple.com, accordingly — movies and series remain on itunes.apple.com.
