CD Stubs can currently be entered with empty artist fields. MBS-2905 will try to avoid that happening in the future by making the artist field required in the form, but we should eventually make it NOT NULL on the database, and change all null artists (currently 11595) to either the empty string or, possibly more usefully, '[unknown]'.
