React in some way if Attach CD TOC clicked without selecting a medium

      When attaching a CD TOC (e.g. https://test.musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/attach?toc=1+9+317807+182+43457+78482+106157+132782+180482+219332+237707+265007&artist=21922) the user can just forget to select something and click "Attach CD TOC": the page will be reloaded with no clear indication of what went wrong.

      Either the button should be disabled until a release is selected, or an error message ("You need to select a medium to attach the CD TOC to." or whatever) should be shown.
