Open release merge edits display the recording merges that were calculated to happen when the edit was entered, not the ones that will actually happen. Someone could change any of the tracklists before the merge edit is applied, for example, and affect the recordings that ultimately get merged while the edit shows false info to voters.

(In fact, even if the tracklists don't change at all, the recording merges we calculate for display may not represent what actually happens, because the code paths are different.)

We should make sure open release merge edits always display accurate and up-to-date info on the recording merges that will happen. I also suggest that if a tracklist changes in a way that'd affect an open merge edit, we have ModBot reject the merge.
