Update URL cleanup for LyricWiki URLs

      In October 2018, Wikia changed its name to Fandom and updated its URLs to use HTTPS. We still have a bunch of old "lyrics.wikia.com" URLs lying around the database; clicking on one of these links redirects to the new "lyrics.fandom.com" domain. IMO it's high time we support the new format and/or update old URLs to use it.
      Example: http://lyrics.wikia.com/wiki/Toto:Till_The_End redirects to https://lyrics.fandom.com/wiki/Toto:Till_The_End
