Beta: new edit page link should open in new tab

ExportXMLWordPrintable

The new edit page link text is useful: "Edit notes support a limited set of wiki formatting options." that links to useful tuff for edits is very useful, but the link itself should probably open up in a new tab/window?

      idk react or not.
