Tried multiple editors, some with subscribers some without.
Tried in MB and beta

All subscription requests redirect to
https://musicbrainz.org/user/account/subscriptions/editor/add?id=Syknro

Where that "Syknro" part is the editor ID (doesn't matter any editor ID will direct to that same "account" page)
