In the current server, every user can see the reference of AR system at http://musicbrainz.org/edit/relationships/link_type_roots.html (it's even referenced from the wiki).
It's the only reliable source, since wiki can easily be outdated.

In NGS http://test.musicbrainz.org/admin/linktype is only available to relationship editors.
