Currently the only salutation that gets sorted correctly by the guess case button (that I can find anyways) is "Dr."

If we have "Dr. Jane Doe" she will be sorted as "Doe, Jane, Dr.". But the guess case button doesn't do this for other salutations, ranks & titles. And if the person is not the first of their name, "Dr. Jane Doe, Jr." should sort to "Doe, Jane, Jr., Dr.".

Mr., Mrs., Ms., Mz., Mx., Sir, Dame, Private, Captain, General, and others should go at the end of a person's sort name. Duke, being a common enough given name should be left as is.
