MBS-6532 added all work edits to the edit history of all artists that have recorded that work. This makes sense for edits affecting the work directly, but we should probably exclude "recording of" edits not affecting recordings by the artist in question, because otherwise everyone and their mother get notified when someone adds a new recording of Silent Night or a Beethoven symphony.

It also affects edit history of recordings and releases.
