According to the edit note documentation you can link to documentation pages by enclosing the name of the page in brackets or prefixing it with doc:. This usually works fine.
However, it appears to not work to link to the pseudo-release style guidelines specifically. It seems the hyphen in this page name breaks things. If we write doc:Style/Specific_types_of_releases/Pseudo-Releases then only the part of the text before the hyphen is linked (but it goes nowhere useful). If we write [Style/Specific_types_of_releases/Pseudo-Releases] then nothing is linked at all.
For an example of this issue, see Edit #70652567 - Edit release.
