See discussion at https://community.metabrainz.org/t/why-is-this-url-invalid-for-45worlds/484715/. Our URL cleanup consistently rejects release URLs from 45worlds. I suspect they may have changed their URL format and our system hasn't caught up (i.e. it relies on a format that is no longer used).
