Move annotation display from dangerouslySetInnerHTML to expand2react

      We use expand2react for almost every other html we display, but dangerouslySetInnerHTML for annotations. We should look into what needs to be changed (if anything) so we can stop using dangerouslySetInnerHTML here as well.
