Do not allow creating CD mediums with more than 99 tracks

      Edits like this one should be blocked. Red Book CDs cannot contain more than 99 tracks on them. This probably won't come up often but for big compilation albums or soundtracks it can prevent beginner users from mistakenly grouping all the tracks together into one medium.
