Places are the only entity that can be reviewed in CritiqueBrainz, but not rated in MusicBrainz. There doesn't seem to be any real reason why this is the case, so we should probably allow rating places, even if it never becomes a super big deal. Different places (especially concert venues) certainly can be good or bad according to different people anyway.
