As an admin, I am shown the tabs for subscriptions, tags and ratings for users who have them set to private, such as chaban. This is completely useless though, since I'm still not allowed to actually see the content of those tabs (on navigating to them, I get a forbidden response like everyone else). Unless we have a big reason to think admins need to be able to access these tabs (I'm not seeing one right now, if we really needed to check for this in an emergency we could query the DB), we should just hide or disable the tabs from admins as well.
