Release-area relationship error

      2. Release Relationships: click Add relationship
      3. Choose Area
      4. Select *Paris*

      Console gets an error:

Message: Unable to process binding "html: function(){return $parent.changeOtherRelationshipCreditsLabel(entity) }"
Message: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined
    at t.a (localizeAreaName.js:15)

      Display looks weird (Area search result popup is not hidden, several empty radio buttons and checkboxes appear).

      Relationship is not visible.

      If you submit, your relationship is added.
