Currently, rating something cover up the average score (which is depicted as five stars) with your current rating. Displaying the average only as stars can also be hard to read because minor score changes make little visible difference. I think this could be solved by displaying the average score as a number next to the rating stars e.g. if an album has one rating of 3.0 and you rate it 4.0, the stars will show your 4.0 score but a number next to the stars will say 3.5.
