Allow specifying artist MBID when looking up CD TOC

      Currently the artist search form for attaching a disc ID does not allow pasting an artist MBID or URL yet.
      When there is a matching CD stub the fields are at least prefilled but it still seems an unnecessary step if the artist MBID is already known to the user.
