Allow editors to make suggestions for collections

      Currently adding (or removing) items is allowed for the owner and collaborators only. Since there is no changelog for collections it's not possible to easily undo mistakes or vandalism.

      RateYourMusic for example has a suggestion feature in addition to regular collaborator:

      In the list itself credit is given to the one who suggested an item:
