Some phrases, like "backing track" or "official music video", are always ETI, but are made of words that aren't always ETI when in parentheses ("music" for example) and should not always be lowercased. Right now, the only way we have to ensure they get lowercased, AFAICT, is to special case them by turning it into "backing_track" and then in the end back into "backing track", which is hacky and awful. We should figure out a proper way to support these combinations.
