Guess Case: leave McX and MacX structures capitalized if they are

      One popular example that comes to mind is "MacArthur Park," which Guess Case presently turns into "Macarthur Park." I have to manually fix it every time; it's infuriating.

      As per discussion in the comments, it's also incorrect to always capitalize MacStuff, but we should be able to at least leave it uppercased if it already is uppercase, which would solve the majority of issues with it.
