Here original works are correctly displayed in a secondary / child / nested definition list (dl.ars) inside the direct recording-work relationship item of main definition list that contains the direct recording-* relationships

Display Credits at Bottom

Original works are (now?) displayed at the same level as direct works associated with the release recordings.

This causes collection highlighter dynamic add/remove now fail when credits are shown at bottom.
