On Discogs and RYM, you can add a divider to a medium's tracklist to mark areas where the artist(s) intended one to be. This is often for older albums where each side of a record represented a theme of some sort.

      Examples:

      https://rateyourmusic.com/release/album/joy-division/unknown-pleasures/ Side A: Outside, Side B: Inside

https://www.discogs.com/master/129778 Side A: Garden Side, Side B: Heaven Side

Medium names and suite names in the track can sometimes do this. But for other situations, like two sides of one LP having different themes, only annotations can be used. This isn't ideal since tools like Picard and music players can't use those to better record how the artist intended the album to be.
