The AB project was suppose to generate mood data for us, but AB wasn't able to do that, so now we should manually collect this information. LB plans to add support for collecting this information as part of BrainzPlayer.

Our plan was to add moods to the tags in the same way that we added genres.

Open questions:

1. Should we allow moods on all entity types that we allow genres on? Not sure the mood of an artists will be very useful. Perhaps it should be possible in the DB to add moods to all entity types, but in software we may expose that only for certain types.
2. What moods will we support? The LB team will provide a list of moods – we will link a separate ticket for this purpose.
