Currently "Release group series" is the default type. This can lead to realising too late (when the series is already populated with RGs) that what one really needed was a release series.
As even auto-editors cannot remove entities from series as an auto-edit, this conversion is often left undone.

Hopefully having it unset by default can lead to checking more carefully the correct type before creating the series.
