Show changes diff on medium removal edits if medium has changed

      MBS-11558 could be improved even further by actually using the medium diff system to show what exactly has changed. That system requires a fair bit of data formatting so rather than waiting until it's implemented to fix MBS-11558 I'm adding this for later and merging what is already an improvement.
