Clarify the use of work types

      As it currently stands, there is very little documentation on what the appropriate use for each work subtype is. As there are some controversies regarding the use of certain work types in certain situations, the documentation needs to be updated.

      So what I propose here is https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Work be updated with basic info on the use of each type as well as a style guide be created for each type with more details.

          Doing this on the MBS side is a duplicate of MBS-11178 (and a good idea, indeed - we at least now list the description for each work type when you select it in the edit work page, but that doesn't give a very good general idea).

          Doing this as part of style would be a style ticket, but it's also not really necessary in most cases since the large majority of work types are clear and uncontroversial just by the description. We might want to add guidelines for a few controversial types to style/work though
