A ton of our tables (such as all the l_ tables), triggers (such as all the tag_raw triggers) indices and functions could and should be autogenerated with a script, rather than all written down explicitly by hand. This would be especially useful when adding a new entity type, which currently requires copying every one of these tables, triggers, etc by hand from an existing one and modifying them.
