I think "Tower Records" (tower.jp) should either be "TOWER RECORDS" or "タワーレコード" per https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Language/Japanese

It seems they use "normal" English capitalization for the legal name of the company - "Tower Records Japan Inc." from https://tower.jp/company/profile

However, outside of the company's profile, names and links all over tower.jp either use the Japanese spelling "タワーレコード" or the all-caps spelling "TOWER RECORDS".

e.g., on https://tower.jp/store you can find both "タワーレコード" and "TOWER RECORDS" (case-sensitive), but you cannot find "Tower Records" (case-sensitive).
