AC editor: Reset artist credit when artist MBID changes

      If you edit an artist credit in the release editor (maybe not only):

      Imagine it is previously set to:

      Now imagine you need to change the artist, so you replace BLANKEY JET CITY by David Bowie.
      Here is what it unfortunately becomes:

      • Artist: David Bowie
      • Credit (no change): BJC
      • Join phrase: <never mind>

      I think when you change the MBID / MB Artist in the first column, it should reset the credit in the second column to the base artist name, like it used to do:

      • Artist (manually): David Bowie
      • Credit (automatically reset): David Bowie
      • Join phrase: <never mind>
