Right now release country operators "is" and "is not" match any release event. This used to be not much of a problem since editors usually don't add more than one release country.

But for some years now editors are increasingly often adding releases through the seeding mechanism. This in turn allows for programmatically setting many, i.e. hundreds of, release events at once which previously a human editor would rarely if ever do.

As a consequence release country based edit searches have become quite useless since the results will include almost any of these tool assisted digital release submissions.
