Drop support for search.musicbrainz.org

      As search.musicbrainz.org has been closed last week, the code used to keep the compatibility with it can be dropped.

      That is all occurrences of search.musicbrainz.org (usually for SEARCH_SERVER), and all occurrences of SEARCH_ENGINE (as LUCENE is no longer applicable, SOLR would be the only accepted value).
